Delivery

Most orders will be sent out via our courier FedEx. Small parts, test kits etc. will be sent by Royal Mail.

In order to achieve next working day (Monday – Friday except bank holiday) delivery you must:

  • Order before 2pm the working day before
  • Supply the correct address
  • The goods must be in stock

Can I track my order?

Please use the tracking number supplied, if not, please call us.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver on time, unfortunately it can't be guaranteed. So please don’t book installers etc. until you have received the goods.

Cancellation of orders

Please contact us as soon as possible.

Shortages

Sometimes, we may not be able to dispatch your order. For example, if an item is found to be damaged or due to adverse weather conditions our courier doesn’t arrive.

If this happens we will offer you either a refund or a new delivery time.

Delivery

All deliveries are made by either:

    • Royal Mail
    • FedEx

FedEx deliveries can be tracked using the tracking number. Royal mail deliveries will be sent back to us if they are unable to deliver. We will contact you if this happens.

Returns

Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange a return. In some cases a handling charge may be applied. 

 

Complaints, getting in touch, help and advice

If something goes wrong and there’s a problem, please contact us.

 

Warranties

The warranties may vary from time to time and we advise you to read the warranty information on each product for sale prior to purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our limits on our liabilities

We are unable to accept any responsibility for any loss of earnings, life, damage to property or personal injury because of dealings with Softenergeeks.

In the event of pricing or description errors on the site, we are human and sometimes make mistakes, if this happens we will contact you before the goods are dispatched. The new price payable or description will be given to you along with the option to either cancel or continue the sale at the new price.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.
