Warranty repairs

All of our water softeners have a 12 month parts and labour warranty. By registering your purchase we will free of charge extend this to 5 or 7 years parts depending on the product that has been purchased. When you register you will be sent a confirmation email please keep this email for your reference. Please see guarantee card here for details.

Should your water softener develop a fault during the warranty period Softenergeeks will in the first year repair it free of charge.

After the first year Softenergeeks will repair the water softener and parts will be free of charge until the softener is either 5 or 7 years old depending on product purchased. There will be labour charge for this service.

Repairs can be undertaken in a number of ways. If the problem is a simple one we may ask you to supply us with photographs of the problem so that we can diagnose the fault and send a replacement part if required. This service is free of charge.

We may agree that we will collect the machine for repair at our factory. In this case we will supply packaging and arrange for a courier. This service is chargeable.

It might be necesary for us to send one of our service engineers to attend site and repair the fault. This service is chargeable.
